Children should not submit any information or engage in credit transactions through this website except when the submission is made for the child by an adult who has parental authority and responsibility for the child.
Upward Sports uses information you provide to serve you as you have requested and in accordance with these policies and the information we provide in various sections of our website. Depending upon your needs, you may supply personally identifiable information as well as non-personally identifiable information to Upward Sports through this website. Like other users, you can always choose not to provide information to Upward Sports.
Reasons Our Users Submit Information
Users submit information for various reasons. In one section of our site, certain of our users who are service-providers may supply information about themselves for display to our church partners and other interested persons and organizations. In another section of the site, other users may submit information (stories) about the impact an Upward Sports ministry program has had upon their church. Still other users may submit comments and feedback about Upward Sports and/or its ministry programming. Also, Upward Sports church partners may access the login portion of this site to order materials for use in their ministry programs. As our website develops and changes, we may provide other ways that users may submit information to us, and this description is not intended to be limiting.
How We Use Information
We use user information in various ways depending on how and why it is submitted to us. Some information is treated as confidential information, while other information is not treated as confidential information and may be disclosed to third parties. All information submitted to us is subject to our right to disclose the information if we feel this is necessary to comply with the law, to protect Upward Sports, you and others from harm, and to carry out the provisions of these policies, as described in more detail below. What follows are examples of how we use information collected through this site.
Service-provider information supplied by users is not treated as confidential and is generally made available to church partners of Upward Sports and others who we feel might benefit from the information.
User feedback and comment information is not generally considered confidential information and may be distributed internally or externally by Upward for its ministry purposes or to address issues raised by the user.
Church partner users can access the login portion of the site with a partner login number. Personally identifiable information provided in this portion of the website is typically treated as confidential.
If you register or submit any informatioin through myUpward.org, any personal information that you may share with us is kept confidential. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other organizations or individuals.
Our Rights to Make Certain Disclosures
In some circumstances we may need to disclose personally identifiable information and submitted information of certain users of the site when we believe that disclosure is necessary to enforce these policies or other Upward Sports policies applicable to the site, to comply with the law or a subpoena, court order or other legal requirement, to avoid or report fraud or identity theft, or to otherwise enforce and protect the rights of Upward Sports, and its users and other persons, under the law, including intellectual property rights.

Printing Pages From This Site
The web pages of this site will print out slightly different than what you see on your monitor because of a special print stylesheet that removes design elements and changes the margins to utilize the space of each page when printing. Any user printing a page or pages from this site must do so in compliance with these policies and the law, and only on an occasional basis for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Partner Login and Account
Churches conducting Upward Sports programs are assigned a partner account number when they first are authorized to use Upward Sports programming. Churches are solely responsible to select and designate trusted adults (age 18 or older) to access the login portion of this website with the partner account number. If you are an authorized user accessing this website on behalf of a church operating an Upward program, the partner account number should be used as your church’s user ID for the login portion of this site. Church partners and their authorized users are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of and safeguard this user ID and account and Upward Sports will not be liable or responsible for any loss that occurs as a result of theft or other misuse of a use
